No! Even if you've never played an instrument or only sing in the shower, you can be a successful sound & energy healer. You'll learn basic techniques and advance to more sophisticated ways of working with sound as the training progresses. Having some music experience can provide a certain reference point, but Annie is going to teach you exactly what you need to know to work with your choosen instruments confidently. 

Yes! You will be introduced to quantum energy which at its core is stunningly simple: we are all connected. You'll learn a very fluid and intuitive way to work with energy that incorporates sound. Because we know that folks are starting at different places in their energy healing journey, we've added the Reiki Level 1 & 2 bonus for those who are new to energy medicine. It's not mandatory for the training but it will give you a strong foundation to build upon. And as mentors our door is always open to any questions you might have along the way.

Being a sound healer without understanding energy is like a race car driver that doesn't understand how a car works. It becomes diminished to a surface experience when its true nature is incredibly powerful, holographic and multi-dimensional.

In addition, working with sound can open powerful energetic experiences. A sound healer needs the awareness and grounding to recognize what is happening, hold a safe container and navigate those experiences with confidence and care.

You will be introduced to Holographic Healing and ways of working with and channeling energy that go far beyond the scope of Reiki training. These quantum tools can stand alone, be incorporated into a Reiki session or paired with sound healing. Wherever you are in your journey of energy healing mastery, your skillset will be advanced by learning the reference points and frameworks we are going to teach you.

Even if you choose to not go through the Reiki training, you may want to receive the Reiki Level 1 & 2 attunement again. Attunements align your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, open your heart to a deeper level, clear karma, ancestral burdens and any other unsupportive energies, and increase the amount of Reiki you are able to channel. They also leave you feeling energized and connected to your soul. It's a fantastic boost to begin our training with!

A huge focus of our training and mentorship is discovering how sound and energy wants to move through you, be expressed by you, and shared by you. When you truly align to what's been waiting to emerge inside of you, opportunities that you can't even imagine begin to manifest for you. As the great Sufi poet wrote "What you seek is seeking you." It's a beautiful dance with the universe that amazes and humbles us every day. 

You can invest in as little or as much as you want. You absolutely do not need to have all the instruments that you will learn in the training to be a sound healer.

A magical part of our journey together includes discovering the soulmate instruments that are best suited to your frequency. 

What we notice is most aspiring sound healers already have a few things: Tibetan singing bowls, perhaps a tingsha bell or a chime, a drum. Great! Bring them to the training. 

Please don't put pressure on yourself to come to the training with a variety of sound healing tools-- especially before you've had some experience with all the different instruments. Sound healing instrument collections grow with time as you grow as a practitioner.
